Pingback: General State Hospital, Athens II | Streets of Athens
Awesome series, Stamatis! Great documentary value too!
(hope there was not a very serious reason for you to have to hang out there!)
Cool series Stam and I see one of the Mario brothers is there!
Were you at the hospital having a tummy tuck?
It was Albert (Einstein) Doug!
Thanks for visiting
Your dumbphone outdid itself in quite extreme light conditions, your edit perfectly works to convey and enhance the atmosphere. But first and foremost, you were able to capture and document moments that people would rarely fix, record, recall or talk about. And you took a series full of raw emotions and full of humanity. Even if I wish you didn’t have to visit a hospital in the first place…
A great entry. 3, 4, 8, 10, 14 and 28 are my favorites.
Thank you so much for your comment. Indeed the results were better than I expected.
Great set! That Tri-X emulation looks really good.
Great set!! you give beginner photographer’s like me inspiration!!
Nice shots – they convey the hopeless frustration of a big city hospital.
Thanks for sharing.
